The paper presents an experience report of a voluminous document archive transfer. In line with the focus of providing Shared Services unit services to its internal customers as well as the challenge of the unit to meet the scope of a project defined by an internal client with term focus, cost, quality, flexibility (in service) and proactivity, a project team together with a team of CFO of a large Oil and Gas company - Petrobras, analyzing interfaces records management service to promote transfer of the management unit to unit Shared Services. After this, there was the transfer of all records and documents of the Financial Management throughout the Brazilian territory, which represented a great risk, requiring development project for the execution of each step, commitment to the management of communications between stakeholders, as well as interaction between various teams in various units. At the end it presents the results achieved.
