Abstract

The study describes and explores the main stages of implementing organizational decision support in occupational emergencies. An analysis of the digital data contained in the computerized health system was performed. Next, a feasibility and risk study of possible solutions for this need was conducted. The advantages and disadvantages of four possible solutions were highlighted. It was shown that the implementation of a decision support system that would use a complementary computer system to extract data on medical call center calls and build a health surveillance dashboard would enable real-time monitoring and recommend specific and effective actions for the prevention and control of health conditions, with the advantage of this solution being its speed of execution, was the best solution, having as its main disadvantage the availability only part of the data of interest, with no data on occupation, for example. The careful selection of the proposed solution not only solved the problem of the need to improve the organization of digital data and the speed of obtaining strategic information but also made it possible to achieve its purpose of real-time monitoring and recommending specific and effective actions for the prevention and control of health conditions.
