Programa para cálculo de armaduras à flexão e ao cisalhamento de vigas de concreto armado
de acordo com a NBR 6118/2014, e análise comparativa dos resultados com os obtidos através do emprego da NBR 6118/2003

This article consists of the development of a sizing program in Excel, which calculates the tension and compression reinforcement in bending and shear reinforcement, in beams of rectangular section of reinforced concrete, according to recent NBR 6118 / 2014. It performed a comparative analysis of results with those obtained through the use of NBR 6118/2003. This work also analyzes the impacts generated by the calculation procedures prescribed by the new standard, related to the beams and slabs sizing. It is known that large commercial programs integrally calculate the structure of a building, but it is not, however, practical use for a prompt verification of a beam, slab or structure part. This calculation includes cases of isolated elements, small structures or the activities involving projects inspection. These activities are common in Petrobras and industry in general. This article was based in corporate and personal experience of the author in structural projects in reinforced concrete, and in his academic activity, both internally and externally to Petrobras. The calculation program can be provided freely by the author.
